and Referral
For Parents:
Child Care Referrals
Assist parents in choosing child care through referrals to
local child care providers. Provide information on state
licensing requirements. Educate parents on how to identify
quality child care. Provide guidance by phone, email, or in
person.

Resource Library
The Resource Library is located within Stokes Partnership for
Children. It is loaded with lots of great resources for
teachers, parents, grandparents, children and students such
as children’s books, activity boxes, puzzles, school
readiness books, die cuts, large and small laminators, parent
help books, early childhood magazines, etc. Items can be
checked out for two weeks free of charge.

Technical Assistance
Technical Assistance is available through CCR&R staff to
support the individual needs of parents and their families.
Guidance provided by phone, email, or in person. Services
include but are not limited to Resource Lending Library, home
child care start up information, laminating material,
referrals to community services and training classes.
