Financial Status Report are due to the Partnership on a Monthly Basis.
Financial Reporting Forms
Quarterly Reports are due to the
partnership on a Quarterly Basis.
Reports are due the second Friday after the quarter ends.
Quarterly Report Due Dates for Fiscal Year 2011-2012:
1st quarter October 14, 2011
2nd quarter January 13, 2012
3rd quarter April 3, 2012
4th quarter July 13, 2012

Direct Service Provider meetings are
scheduled on a quarterly basis.
All meetings will be held at the Stokes Partnership for
Children office.
Attendance to these meetings is required.
If you are not able to attend, please send a representative
from your organization.
